Works for what I need it for. Curl motions require weight added to the base to keep it from lifting. Other than that I use it daily.This works good for pull-downs, but anymore than 30lbs using the bottom pulley and it wants to flip over. It almost went through the window in my gym the first time I used the bottom.You get what you pay for with this product. The frame is very flimsy, and will tip over if you try to do anything over 50 lbs.If you want to use this for anything other than a lat pull or seated floor row, you will need to modify it and bolt it to the ground. After I did that, it works as good as any cable machine.I am a pretty tall person, so the seat and leg rollers do not fit my frame. My wife is a bit smaller, and it works ok for her. I would recommend making the leg rollers longer to support wider framed individuals.The pully system is a little weird. You are forced to do behind the neck lat pulldowns if you want to use the leg supports. Otherwise this is not to shabby.Machine is not sturdy . Seat does not line up with any exercise. Taller than describedDo not recommend.I assembled this product (not at all easy given the manual it came with) and added a whopping 25 lbs of weight to it. I used the low row bar to lift the weights and the whole machine tilted backward! It also sways side to side. Worst idea ever to buy this product...a total waste of money! I am not sure where the "heavy duty" part fits...apparently that was not included in the package!I was so excited to use this machine but I didn't get the right parts so I couldn't even put it together. I was very upset but I made the mistake of not opening the box right when I received the box so I figured it was to late to return.Do recommend anchor ⚓ to floor. So it stays in places. I put hole in wall opps. Holds tons weight
