Really good - light and fast. I seem to skip quite well with these despite never being a “skipper”. Has got me into a great routine during lockdown. Good value for money too!I'm tall, over 6ft, so I wasn't sure that the 9ft long rope I chose would be long enough but you can make it work with the right arm movements - although taking a moment to choose the right size for your height might work even better. The rope is thin and lightweight and made from a plastic material all the way through, there's no woven core as with some ropes, and that gives it a little bit of stretch too - handy if you get your feet tangled up at first. The line rotates freely within the handles which makes it easy to use, you can grip the handles tightly and let the rope rotate itself. The handles are a decent length, even for big bloke's hands like mine, but they are quite slim and a bit insubstantial-feeling. The rope might wear through depending on what surface you skip on, I was outside on concrete slabs and they'd be quite hard on any skipping rope. It's nothing fancy, just a simple and good quality skip-rope for anyone who want to add some really effective cardio' to their regimen.First up: I'm over 6' and this rope just wasn't long enough for me. This is no criticism of the quality but me not thinking this through, so be careful before buying if you're tall.Other than this is a solid quality rope. I did use it as I thought I had to be as a fair as possible in writing a review, and the rope is heavy enough to get proper speed on but the handles seemed to be a little light for the amount of work you'd be doing.I actually use several different weights of rope for training, and this is a good, fast speed rope but the quality of the handles leads me to suspect it wouldn't be massively resilient. Can't complain at this price, though.I have had skipping ropes before, but many of the training/skipping ropes for adults, tend to be quite heavy. This is a very nice, plastic skipping rope, which is lightweight and much more suitable to use at home.I received a 9ft rope, which is suitable for those of 5’4” to 5’10”. I am at the lower end of that height range, so this was perfect for me. Indeed, I may even have been able to use the 8ft rope comfortably, as this was more than long enough. The handles are light and comfortable to hold. The plastic rope does not tangle. I am really pleased with this and it is perfect for aerobic exercise at home, which is perfectly easy to do and also fun. This is a basic, no-frills skipping rope that does the job, but not much more. It isn't adjustable, so make sure you get the right length first of all. The handles are thin and comfortable and lead straight into the rope which has a rubbery feel to it that I didn't really like. It moves reasonably well, but I found it harder to move quickly than some other ropes. Overall, this is perfectly fine, but there are definitely better options around the same price.
