Running in general is becoming more and more popular. However, many people are not able to walk without it, they would like to do a full body workout. Designed according to the model of a cross trainer, ToneFit can also be used to train the abdomen, chest, arm, shoulder and back muscles while running. In contrast to the cross trainer, the force is demanded twice here in a motion sequence: the brake element in the belt works on pressure and traction.
