So far, 5 stars but I just reeceived and assembled it. I took my time with assembly, but the company must be paying attention to feedback. (Purchased the multi, Feb 2025). I had an instruction booklet (that wasn't 100% helpful because the pictures were fuzzy), the small bits and bobs were well packaged and labeled- numbers were embossed in the plastic, they didn't use the screw name though, they used their own numbering system, came with all tools needed except for a knife to open the plastic, and it came with no missing parts. Best of all, the instructional video that is part of one of the product pictures really helped. I can do half a pull up with the assist but maybe by the end of week I will be able to do a full one.My ceilings are really low so the adjustable handlebar is awesome. I have it at the lowest setting. Since no one here is tall, this is fine, not sure if tall people who can do real pullups would have difficulty. Can't do dips or the leg lift thingies yet, the arm rests are tilted in which seems like it could help once I finally get to that stage.Everything seems very sturdy. I got on a lightning deal but there is a $100 off coupon that I think makes this purchase a really great addition to my home workout area.
