I tried to post a picture but didn’t work.This is a vibrating plate. It has the ability to heat upwhich feels wonderful on your feet. This vibrates in MHz according to what I’ve read. You want around 30MHz but the plate itself reads in speed. My point in stating this, the plate is extremely powerful. I own another machine that looks like a treadmill. On full power, it’s a joke. This plate you can feel the difference in your body. It’s helped my balance and I’ve trimmed weight off my legs and butt. It relaxes me at night. Takes the stress out of my body and I sleep better. I plan on buying another for my daughters house. Highly recommend this product!
