I'm a huge fan of water workouts. This book is an excellent, fairly detailed, overview of what you can do in the water to stay in shape, which do not involve swimming laps. I love swimming laps. They're easy to do. It's the stretching, body focus, and aerobic exercises I need direction with. Overall a straightforward book. NB: the last half of the book is mostly line drawings of the exercises. Highly recommended.
