After a long illness I was looking for some inspiration to get back in shape. I tried classes at the gym but I just couldn't keep up and ended up feeling worse about myself. I thought maybe if I had some good dancing music that it would get me moving more around the house which would help transition me back into working out. When the CD first arrived I put it in the player while I was doing some work on the computer just to give it a listen. WOW! I dare you to try to listen to it without getting up and dancing! By song two I was off the couch and grooving around the living room. It's absolutely incredible and has made exercising so much more fun. The rhythms are really complex so I enjoy finding new ways to move to it. I've never been a runner but this music makes me want to try. I've ordered a small media player to make it more portable so that I can sprint to the rhythm. I can't say enough good things about this CD. I'll be watching for another release from this artist.
