4 and 5 years old children love it. I used it also at a Teacher training to "unwind"....Great also for family reunions whether you're sitting or standing! The first song should get everyone wiggling or jiggling an arm, a leg or whole body.My first graders love these CDS for a brain break every morning. They ask me if I have forgotten or they say "we need a brain break." I have had one of the others for years but added to my collection this winter.Have long loved borrowing this CD from the library. Provides excellent activity for a 2 yr old, now 3, and is now being enjoyed by her 1 yr old sister, too. We all love Wiggle Jiggle!!
