I had one for these for a hot summer, 2-week trip to Europe and it was a game changer.when my teen got a job as a lifeguard and suffered heat exhaustion after long hours in the sun, this was a MUST! it's great. get it wet, wring it out, then put is around your neck and it truly cools! then as it gets warm, flip it around to the other side and bam! more cooling. it can be re-wetted to refresh the cooling. after getting this my lifeguard was great for the rest of the summer!I would buy this again, I've recommended it to my friends and given it as gifts to friends and warehouse workers where there is little heat relief and it's been very well received!
