This item arrived safe and well packaged.These are incredibly well designed trainers. They're very good value for money too! They do feel like very high quality shoes, and they really feel incredibly durable too. They're going to last more than long enough to get amazing value from them.These were bought for my boy who wears insoles. That requires us to remove the insole that comes with the trainers. Some brands are inclined to stick these down... however New Balance are all removeable. Not only that, but they have sturdy uppers that give great support to the foot. The sole is also very comfortable and absorbs impact, softening the blow on your joints as you run.They also look great in black - very dicreet.I recommend this product.ordered a size 10.5 which was a little tight, re ordered the size 11 that would allow an insole and thick sock, excellent fit and quite comfortable, excellent delivery and return processGreat trainers, got the extra wide version for my dad who has very wide feet and they are very comfortable.Absolutely what I wanted and expected. And the sizing was correct.
