I really liked this 2 DVD set. You get 20 individual workouts in 4 categories - aerobics, strength, flexibility, and yoga dance. The aerobics, strength and flexibility categories are demonstrated by the instructor and student (2 women). I was inspired by the attractiveness of these older women. One is an exercise physiologist and gave great instructions on form and descriptions on body parts being exercised. There are gentle standing aerobics, chair aerobics and strength, pilates, mat work and floor work. I appreciate the motivation all around.
